Zalamito's mission is to create and sell high-quality gourmet products that offer excellent value and service. Each of our tasty creations is produced consistently, preserving the original, fresh, handmade taste that Zalatimo Sweets Company has been known for over the past 150 years.

Our journey began over a century ago, in 1860, in Palestine. It all started with the "Mutabak" – a popular Arabian pastry. Mohammad Zalatimo decided to set up a small pastry shop in the Old City of Jerusalem, and this one-man show proved to be very successful over the years.

Today, we offer a family of decadent sweets like kol wish-kor, ghreibeh, burma, barazek, and, of course, baklava. Our Mamoul pairs perfectly with teas and isn't too sweet to enjoy on any occasion. The buttery flavor and light, airy texture keep the focus on our Date, Pistachio, and Walnut fillings.

Zalamito has built its name on flaky phyllo dough. We keep it simple, either "with nuts" or "with cheese". Our phyllo treats are perfectly paired with Turkish coffee. Over time, we've grown to offer a range of the best pastries in the region.

Our Mediterranean semolina butter biscuits, stuffed with either pistachios, walnuts, or dates, are individually wrapped for freshness. Pistachio, walnut, and date Mamoul have been a family tradition since 1860.
